I want to find out how much of each vitamin/ mineral our bodies need every day. I also want to read about the harmful effects of consuming too much vitamins (especially C and E) that have been known to cause kidney stones. What are the worst vitamins to consume too much? Are any supplements recommended for everyone, or only for specific ages/ times of year, etc?
